| 301 A “Kü” marked Luger pistol by Mauser, code “41 - byf”, 2 matching mags, holster; Luftwaffe Cal. 9 mm Luger, SN. 1317 Kü, matching numbers, incl. firing pin and grips. Almost bright bore. Eight shots. No modern proof marks. The chamber area marked “41”, the toggle link marked “byf”. The barrel without SN, underneath marked “S/42”, on the left-hand side Luftwaffe acceptance mark LW-Eagle/”A” below a faint “”/154” mark. On the right-hand side of the barrel extension additional Luftwaffe acceptance mark LW-Eagle/”A”. Original finish > 98% with a minor trace of wear on the side plate. Dark walnut grips, numbered “1317”, the right one with Mauser acceptance mark Eagle/”655”. An fxo-marked magazine with matching number and black plastic bottom. This very rare Luft- 2327 waffe Luger in almost as-new condition.Included is a brown holster by “Auwärter & Bubeck / 1940 / Stuttgart” with acceptance mark Eagle/”WaA101”, in excellent condition. Pull strap, solid white stitching. Key and spare mag numbered “1317/+”. The Luger pistols with “Kü” markings are the only ones, where the black plastic bottom of the fxo-mags is numbered. The meaning of the “Kü” marking of these Luftwaffe Lugers is yet to be determined. These guns were most likely assembled from Mauser parts at the Krieghoff factory.
