A pair of percussion pistols, Johann Wenzel Böhm of Eger, circa 1740 Octagonal barrels turning to round, with a dark finish. Smooth bores in 13.5 mm calibre. “Spider” front sights in brass, the tops of the barrels struck with the signature “Wenzel Böhm à Eger”. Converted locks, the lock plates delicately engraved with mounted combat scenes. Slightly carved walnut full stocks with dark horn noses. The lavishly engraved and chased furniture made of fire-gilt brass, the pommels in the shape of bird’s heads. Replaced wooden ramrods. Length of each 40 cm.
