Oil on canvas. The portraits painted as counterparts. Charles Theodore of Ba- varia portrayed with marshal's baton, crown, ermine cape and Order of St Hubert, and his consort Marie Elisabeth Elisabeth Auguste of Sulz- bach likewise with her royal attributes like the crown and ermine, together with opulent jewellery.
