Der Helm mit ein­ teilig geschlagener, geometrisch fein durch- brochener und mit Silberfolie unterlegter, or- namental goldtauschierter Kalotte. Auf der Vorderseite stilisiertes Gesicht, zwei Feder- buschtüllen, verschraubte Hörner und Nasen- eisen. Die vernietete Scheitelplatte mit ver- schraubtem Vierkantdorn. Am unteren Rand umlaufende, in Resten silbertauschierte Kalli- graphiekartuschen. Anhängendes Ketten­ geflecht aus Eisen und Messing aus zuge­ bogenen Ringen. Der gewölbte Schild mit vernietetem Brechrand, vier verschraubten Schildbuckeln und passend zum Helm gear- beitetem Dekor. Gewölbte, en suite gold­ tauschierte und durchbrochen gearbeitete Armschiene (Pulsschutz fehlt). Höhe des Helms ca. 55 cm, Schild-Durchmesser 46,8 cm, Länge der Armschiene 34 cm. Dekoratives Set. The skull of the helmet forged in one piece, embellished with fine geometric openwork and ornamental gold inlays, underlaid with silver foil. A stylised face on the front of the helmet, two plume sockets, screw-mounted horns and nasal bar. The riveted crown plate with a screw-mounted, quadrangular spike. A continuous band of calligraphic cartouches along the lower edge, remnants of the silver inlays. The attached chain mail made of closed iron and brass rings, placed end to end. The domed shield with a riveted flange, four screw-mounted shield bosses, the ornamentation matching that on the helmet. The convex forearm guard with en suite gold-inlaid and openworked decoration (the wrist protector is missing).
