Beidseitig feine Schwarzlotätzung mit Darstellung des Fürstbischöflichen Wappens zwischen Rankendekor auf gepunktetem und geschwärztemGrund mit Datierung „1620“. Die Schwärzung einseitig erneuert. Achtkantige, konische Tülle mit kräfti- ger, gegrateter Kugel, zwei schlanke Schaftfedern, davon eine mit alter Reparatur in Kupferlot. Originaler achtkantiger Hartholzschaft, das untere Drittel ergänzt. Länge 222 cm. Paris Graf Lodron, geboren 1586, regierte als Fürsterzbischof von Salz- burg 1619 - 1653. Provenienz: Privatsammlung des bekannten Waffenexperten Hans Schedelmann. 1926 durch Tausch aus den Beständen des Armeemuse- ums in München erworben. Fine black etchings on both sides with a depiction of the prince-bishop’s coat of arms surrounded by decorative tendrils on a stippled, blackened ground, dated “1620”. The blackening renewed on one side. Octagonal, conical socket with a sturdy, fluted sphere, two narrow side straps, one of which with an old repair in copper solder. Original, octagonal hardwood haft, the lower third replaced. Length 222 cm. Paris Graf Lodron, born 1586, ruled as Prince Archbishop of Salzburg from 1619 to 1653. Beidseitig feine Schwarzlotätzung mit Darstellung des Fürstbischöflichen Wappens zwischen Rankendekor auf gepunktetem und geschwärztemGrund mit Datierung „1654“. Das Wappen einseitig etwas verputzt, ein Parierhaken etwas verbogen. Achtkantige, konische Tülle mit kräftiger, gegrateter Kugel. Umlau- fende florale Zierätzung, zwei schlanke Schaftfedern. Originaler acht- kantiger Hartholzschaft, am oberen Ansatz eingekerbtes Trägermono- gramm „M“. Am unteren Ende originaler eiserner Schuh, der untere Teil des Schaftes leicht wurmstichig. Länge 236 cm. Guidobald Graf Thun, geboren 16.12. 1616, regierte als Fürsterzbischof von Salzburg 1654 - 1668. Provenienz: Privatsammlung des bekannten Waffenexperten Hans Schedelmann. Ehemals aus den Beständen des Armeemuseums in München stammend. The coat of arms somewhat rubbed on one side, one guard slightly bent. Octagonal, conical sock- et with a sturdy, fluted sphere. Continuous decorative floral etching, two narrow side straps. Original, octagonal hardwood haft, the bear- er’s monogram “M” notched at the top. The original iron ferrule at the bottom edge, the lower section of the haft with slight worming in places. Length 236 cm. Guidobald Graf Thun, born 16 December 1616, ruled as Prince Arch- bishop of Salzburg from 1654 to 1668.
