White glazed porcelain, grisaille painting, iron red and gold decoration. The front with a half- length portrait of the Kaiserin in profile, in a gown, with a diadem and necklace, the circular medallion bordered in gold and surrounded by a wreath of bound flowers. An identically em­ bellished medallion on the back, with the Kai­ serin’s monogram “AV” in garlands of iron red flowers. Gold linear ornaments alternating with wreaths of flowers on the neck and lid of the vase. The KPM blue underglaze sceptre mark, the red imperial orb mark “KPM” in overglaze and the black war mark in the shape of an iron cross in overglaze on the bottom. Moreover, the stamped numeral “10464 P O” and the handwritten number “148/131”, also in the lid. Total height 42 cm.
