Order of the Legion of Honour (Légion d’honneur) – an Officer’s Cross of the 1st Empire Gold, partially enamelled, the Officer’s Cross of early type, without the balls on the tips of the cross arms, with the small portrait of Emperor Napoleon and the imperial eagle on the back.
