Vorne aufgelegt das aufwendig gestaltete, doppellagige Helmemblem mit dem britischen Wappen, dem Motto „HONI SOIT QUI MAL Y PENSE“ und „DIEU ET MON DROIT“ sowie Löwe und Einhorn, darunter die Ehrenbanner für Albuher, Talavera, Vittoria und Peninsula. Hoher Kamm, beidseitig reich mit Eichenlaub reliefiert, große Bärenfellraupe. An den Seiten der Glocke und der Rückseite aufgelegte florale Verzierungen. Große, mehrgliedrige, von schwarzem Samt unterfütterte Schuppenketten (ein Glied lose) an Rosetten in Form der Tudorrose, die Verschlüsse der Schuppenkette als Löwentatzen ausgebildet. Innen rotes Schweißleder und weißes Seidenfutter (kleine Risse, etwas fleckig), der Vorder- und Nackenschirm mit grünem Lederfutter (kleine Fehlstellen). Größe etwa 56. High comb, with lavish oak leaf decoration in relief on both sides, large bearskin crest. Appliquéd floral ornaments on the sides of the skull and at the back. Large, multi-part chinscales with black velvet underlay on rosettes in the shape of Tudor roses, the fasteners of the chinscales formed as lion‘s paws. The inside with a red leather sweatband and white silk lining (small tears, somewhat stained). The front and rear visors lined in green leather (minor imperfections). Size approximately 56.
